SCHOOL BUDGET PASSED IN WILDWOOD CREST

A school budget in Wildwood Crest has been approved at the same funding levels that it was defeated at. Wildwood Crest voters turned back the school funding levels. Borough Commission is keeping the budget at just over $6 million, but said some money should be shifted to help fix the roof at the Crest memorial School. The new school tax rate is going to be just under 27 cents per $100 assessed valuation.
