RUTGERS TO STUDENTS: COME BACK IN THE FALL, SHOTS NOT MANDATORY

Rutgers University will welcome all students back to campus for the fall semester.  NJ.com reports that the university has told students that shots are not mandatory, but they are safe and students should think about getting them to prevent Covid-19.  Most of Rutgers’ classes are held virtually this year.
