RICHARD DEAN RESIGNS AS MEMBER OF AVALON BOROUGH COUNCIL

Richard Dean has resigned from the Avalon Borough Council, effective November 30th.  Dean cited recent health issues as his reason from stepping down from the office he’s held continually since 1987.  Council may appoint a replacement for Dean, and has until December 30th to do so.  Dean’s term expires next June.
