REVIEW OF LICENSE PLATE DECAL APPROVED

A six-month review will take place for a controversial bill that forces young drivers to get a red decal placed on their license plate. Kyleigh’s Law, says that any driver under 21-years-old and has a graduated driver’s license, must put this decal on their license plate. Some parents and children are concerned that this makes them a target for predators. Gov. Chris Christie must sign the review into law.
