RESCUE SQUAD GETS NEW LEASE IN LOWER TOWNSHIP

The Lower Township Rescue Squad will be staying put for now. Council approved a new 10-year lease for the organization at the public safety building. Mayor Michael Beck had discussed the possibility of moving elements of public safety, but there is a clause that will allow for the rescue squad to get out of the lease if the township decides to go forward with a new public safety building.
