A longtime teacher in the Upper Township School District allegedly broke some rules when she gave a test to students recently. The Press of Atlantic City identifies the teacher as Cathleen Van Vorst who has taught in the district for a quarter century. The state says eight teachers in the state broke rules while giving a state test last year, and Van Voorst was one of the teachers. Van Voorst remains suspended with pay by the school district.
