New Jersey has moved much closer to legalized recreational pot. NJ.com reports that lawmakers on Monday approved new measures that may satisfy Governor Murphy and implore him to sign a measure into law. The new regulations would not impose penalties but only warnings for individuals under the age of 21 who are caught with alcohol or marijuana. Some republicans oppose this measure.
