REPORT: STATE MAY CONSIDER SMOKING BANS ON BOARDWALKS AND MARINAS

The State of New Jersey may soon consider smoking bans at marinas, boardwalks, historical sites..and cemeteries.  NJ.com reports that companion bills are being introduced in Trenton by democrats that would extend the recent beach smoking ban to other areas in New Jersey.  Amusement parks may also face smoking bans.
