REPORT: SOME MARIJUANA POSSESSION CHARGES TO BE DROPPED IN GARDEN STATE

It looks like prosecutors will be given some leeway in the potential prosecution of simple marijuana possession cases, even to the point of throwing them out.  NJ.com reports that prosecutors are expected to receive guidance from the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General to the point of dismissal of these complaints, although pot remains illegal..for now..in New Jersey.
