REPORT: SECOND OCEAN CITY PIZZA SHOP OWNER ADMITS TO TAX EVASION

A second Ocean City pizza shop owner has pleaded guilty to tax evasion.  Philly.com reports that 54 year old John Gaeta of Cherry Hill admitted that he tried to conceal his ownership of Big Slice Pizza and skipped on paying taxes on nearly $700,000 in income.  Gaeta faces up to three years in prison and hefty fines when he is sentenced on February 2nd.
