REPORT: SCHOOL FUNDING HURTS LOWER CAPE MAY REGIONAL DISTRICT

New school aid distributed by the State of New Jersey means $311,000 in cuts in the Lower Cape May Regional School District.  The Cape May Star and Wave reports that the state is cutting aid, which means the district will not fill openings for a teacher and behavioral specialist; heating and air conditioning units will also not be replaced.
