REPORT: REFORMS COMING TO ATLANTIC CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

The new police chief in Atlantic City is promising some reforms, even on his first day on the job.  Henry White was sworn in as the new Atlantic City Chief of Police on Monday.  White told the Press of Atlantic City that he promises to work on shortening the length of time for internal affairs investigations, and promises a new K-9 policy for the department.  White was sworn in by outgoing Mayor Lorenzo Langford.
