REPORT: PORTION OF ROUTE 40 TO BE ELEVATED, PRICE TAG: $27 MILLION

A portion of Route 40 in Egg Harbor Township will be elevated by the state to avoid constant flooding.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the project will cost $27 million and take over three years to complete.  The project will begin in 2022.
