The pilot who landed a small aircraft Sunday night at the United States Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May took the plane from Paramount Air with no authorization. The Cape May Star and Wave reports that the owner of the air service says one of the pilots took the planes for a flight without approval. The pilot took off on foot after landing the plane on the Center’s beach.
