REPORT: OWNER OF CREST PIZZERIA GETS 15 MONTHS IN PRISON

The owner of Sal’s Ristorante and Pizzeria in Wildwood Crest has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for lying on his tax returns for the past five years.  NJ.com reports that Guiseppe D’Arancio under reported the earnings at the business by over $1.2 million for which he avoided paying over $400,000 in taxes.  He lives in Cape May Court House, and must pay over $500,000 in restitution.
