REPORT: ONLINE GAMBLING OFF TO A SLUGGISH START

Internet gaming is off to a sluggish start in New Jersey primarily because the casinos cannot confirm that the actual players are in the state.  The Star Ledger reports that the Tropicana has had to turn away 75 percent of its online gamers because it could not verify they were physically in New Jersey.   Anyone wishing to gamble online in New Jersey must actually be in the state in order to play.
