REPORT: ONE DEAD, FOUR ILL FROM VIRUS FOUND IN DELAWARE BAY

One person died, and four were seriously ill from a flesh eating bacteria that was found over the past two years in the Delaware Bay.  The Courier-Post reports that vibrio bacteria lives in warm, brackish waters.  Cases peaked over the past two summers in late July and August, when the water is very warm.  Four patients developed symptoms after crabbing in the bay.
