REPORT: NJ MAN CHARGED WITH DRUNK DRIVING, BUT PASSED THE TEST

A 38 year old New Jersey man was charged with drunk driving in Pennsylvania even after he passed a blood alcohol content test.  The Courier Times reports that Omar Davis of Hamilton had a .04 blood alcohol content, nearly half the legal limit, yet still was arrested on a DUI.  A trooper found Davis asleep at the wheel with a child inside the car; he had been drinking non-alcoholic beer which has a very low alcohol content.
