New Jersey is not even “remotely prepared” to handle a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic.  NJ.com reports the opinion of Sharon Abramowitz, who is a global health consultant for UNICEF.  Ambramowitz says that is likely our state would be subject to a second wave of the virus if the state opens sooner than we are ready.  Governor Phil Murphy says the state is not ready to reopen.
