REPORT: NEW JERSEY NEW CAR SALES FELL BY 70% LAST MONTH

New car sales in New Jersey dropped off by 70 percent last month, compared to one year ago.  NJ.com reports that the Governor’s stay at home order, combined with economic losses during the pandemic, accounted for the drop in sales.  An industry spokesman is hopeful that many cars are sold in May to help bring car dealers within 50 percent of their goals.
