REPORT: MONDAY POWER OUTAGE IN UPPER TOWNSHIP

A power outage in a section of Upper Township Monday afternoon was caused by a cement mixer hitting a utility pole.  The Upper Township Gazette reports that the accident happened around 3pm Monday near Rivendell Road.  Properties in the Palermo section of the township lost power for a brief time after power lines became tangled.  There were no injuries.
