REPORT: MAN THROWS PAINT INTO CAPE MAY POOL

A Lower Township man has been charged with tossing a gallon of paint into a hotel swimming pool in Cape May.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that 45 year old David Warren of the Villas committed the act back on May 19th, but he was charged with the crime on Monday.  Warren has been charged with criminal mischief.  Warren used to work at the Marquis de Lafayette Hotel where the incident occurred.
