REPORT: LOOKS LIKE NO OFFSHORE DRILLING IN THE GARDEN STATE

Looks like offshore drilling off the beaches of New Jersey is off the table.  Some republican lawmakers, including Congressman Frank LoBiondo, met with the Interior Secretary on Tuesday who stated that New Jersey is not a prime candidate for offshore drilling.  LoBiondo told NJ.com that there was nothing in what the Secretary said that led him to believe New Jersey would be seriously considered.
