REPORT: LAWMAKERS CONSIDERING ALLOWING LOTTERY WINNERS TO BE ANONYMOUS

New Jersey lawmakers are considering a new bill that would allow lottery winners to remain anonymous.  NJ.com reports that lawmakers may add New Jersey to a handful of states that allow winners to keep their identities secret.  Lawmakers believe this will help alleviate the floods of phone calls lottery winners get to donate to specific causes and projects.
