REPORT: LAW TO ALLOW LEGAL POT IN NEW JERSEY FAILS AGAIN

A law that would allow legal recreational marijuana use and possession in New Jersey has failed again in Trenton.  NJ.com reports that a bill that would clean up previous legislation forwarded, and rejected, by Governor Murphy has failed in the State Senate.  One of the issues is a provision if anyone under the age of 21 possesses pot should be subject to a criminal charge.
