REPORT: INJURY SUFFERED BY LOWER CAPE MAY BASEBALL STAR

An MRI is scheduled at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia on Thursday on the right arm of Lower Cape May Regional High School baseball star Josh Pennington.  Gazette Leader Sports Editor Brian Cunniff reports that Pennington hurt his arm while warming up for a game in South Carolina on Tuesday.  Pennington is being watched by some Major League Baseball scouts and has already signed on to pitch for St. John’s University.  Pennington suffered an injury to his elbow.
