REPORT: HEARING COMES WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON ON CAPE MAY BALLOTS

It looks like a judge has to sort out a ballot controversy in Cape May.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that three of the five candidates who are seeking two seats in government say their names are not listed in the order set by a random drawing earlier this month.  A hearing was held Tuesday afternoon to discuss the issue.  Three candidates were grouped together who are not running as a team, according to the report.
