REPORT: FOX CHALLENGES RECALL IN WEST WILDWOOD

A former West Wildwood commissioner is reportedly challenging a recent recall election.  The Cape May County Herald reports that Christopher Fox has challenged the recall election in Superior Court.  Fox’s attorney, Mary D’Arcy Bittner, penned a letter to Borough officials just before the end of 2010 that indicates a petition was filed in Superior Court in behalf of Fox.  Fox’s name appeared on a recall election ballot that was attempting to boot Mayor Chuck Frederick and Commissioner Gerald McNamara from office.
