REPORT: FATAL POLICE SHOOTING WAS JUSTIFIED IN VINELAND

The fatal shooting of Richard Bard Jr. in Vineland last year by city police was completely justified.  That’s the finding of a new report issued by the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday.  The report says Bard fired at police first, with the bullet just missing the head of an officer.
