REPORT: CAPE MAY COUNCIL TO MOVE LIBRARY INTO FRANKLIN STREET SCHOOL

Cape May’s city council met this week and voted 3-2 in favor of moving the local library into the Franklin Street School.  The Cape May Star and Wave reports that the affirmative vote was cast this week, and Councilman Roger Furlin is against it, saying a needs analysis was not conducted to see which use of the school would most benefit the city.
