REPORT: CAPE MAY HAS CASH FOR LEGAL FIGHT OVER CONVENTION HALL

Welcome-to-Cape-MayThe city of Cape May has $300,000 set aside for its legal fight over an issue involving its new convention hall.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that an outside law firm has been hired to explore the possibility of recouping damages for part of the new building being constructed below base flood elevation.  City Solicitor Tony Monzo told the Press that there has been no determination yet who may or may not have liability in this issue.
