REPORT: CAPE MAY BEACH FILL PROJECT DELAYED UNTIL AFTER SUMMER ’19

A big beach fill project in Cape May has been postponed until after the summer of 2019.  The Cape May Star and Wave reports that the beach fill has been postponed from next month because some federal funding has not been secured in behalf of the Coast Guard.  City Manager Neil Young says the delay is solely caused by a federal funding issue.
