REPORT: BATTLE BREWING IN NJ OVER SUMMER FLOUNDER LIMITS

There is a battle brewing between the State of New Jersey and federal regulators regarding regulations dealing with the catch of summer flounder.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission disagrees with the state’s regulations, and a moratorium on fluke fishing is being considered.
