Eight attorneys may be participating in a conference call on Wednesday as a decision is made on who will pay for a special election that will decide if Cape May can pull out of the Lower Cape May Regional School District. The Press of Atlantic City reports that eight attorneys have been invited to be part of the conference call. The special election will cost $40,000 and Cape May officials believe the entire school district should foot the bill for the special election.
