REPORT: 400,000 LOSING OUT ON UNEMPLOYMENT

Many New Jerseyans have seen their unemployment run out. Since the federal government didn’t act to once again extend the benefits, they have run out for 400,000 state residents, according to a report by the Star-Ledger. New filers will have 26 weeks, plus an additional 20 weeks of benefits because of the high rate of unemployment.
