RECALLED MAYOR WINS ELECTION IN WILDWOOD

A man who was recalled from office has won back the position he once held. Wildwood voters elected Ernie Troiano back to the city commission. He will be joined by his two running mates, Pete Byron and Tony Leonetti. All three incumbents, Gary DeMarzo, Ed Harshaw, and Al Brannen have been voted out of office. The unofficial vote totals are below:

Peter Byron – 719 (elected)

Anthony Leonetti – 693 (elected)

Ernie Troiano Jr. – 738 (elected)

Sandra Richardson – 412

Al Brannen – 405

Gary DeMarzo – 452

Edward ‘Chip’ E. Harshaw Sr. – 395
