A new recommendation has been made that all states should enforce a no-cell phone ban while driving. This comes from the National Transportation Safety Board, who says this law should apply to all sort of cell phone use, with or with out a blue tooth device. The five member board handed down the proposal on Tuesday. New Jersey already limits cell-phone use to only hands free, but could opt to take the stronger stance.
