A major lawsuit claims that a well known poker player cheated at an area casino. The Borgata has filed a $9.6 million suit against Phillip Ivey Jr. for cheating at baccarat over a number of trips to the casino in 2012. There are others named in the suit, including a card company and an employee of the company who is said to have inspected the cards used in the game. The casino claims there was a problem with the cards, which Ivey knew about and exploited.
