PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY COULD MOVE BACK TO JUNE

The Assembly passed legislation that would move the Presidential primary to the June primary election date in order to save money. The primary date will be the same as it was in 2005. The change could save between $8 and $12 million per election. The measure now heads to Senate for consideration.
