POWER ISSUE IN WILDWOOD, WORKER HURT

One man was injured during an electrical accident in Wildwood that knocked out power to nearly one thousand customers Monday evening.  Atlantic City Electric confirms that over 900 customers lost power on Monday after a transformer issue.  One man working on the transformer was injured; police plan to release further information about this incident later this evening.  Most of the power outages took place in the northern part of Wildwood, but power has since been restored.
