POPULAR SHORE TAVERN GOES UP IN SMOKE AND FLAMES WEDNESDAY

One of the most popular Jersey Shore taverns in Ocean County burned up on Wednesday.  The fire occurred at Caffrey’s Tavern in Lacey Township; the fire started after sunup on Wednesday.  Portions of the roof caved in on the bar, and it may be a total loss.
