POLL: JERSEY SHORE GIVES STATE BAD NAME

A new poll shows that state residents think the MTV show “Jersey Shore,” is harmful to the image of the state. The Quinnipiac University poll says that 57 percent of the state residents believe the show gives the state a bad image. Men and women, Republicans and Democrats, all felt over 50 percent that the show was bad for the state. The show is currently in its second season.
