POLL: ATLANTIC CITY VIEWED AS SAFE OVERALL

New Jersey residents say they feel safe in Atlantic City, but not as safe as in Manhattan. A new Fairleigh Dickinson University poll says Atlantic City ranks 2nd out of six cities ranked by state residents. The results says that 64 percent of those polled feel safe or somewhat safe in the resort; however, one in five people do not feel safe in Atlantic City. The cities that were used in this exercise were Manhattan, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, and Trenton.
