POLICE SEEKING MAN WHO ASSAULTED JOGGER IN ATLANTIC COUNTY PARK

New Jersey State Police are searching for a man who assaulted a jogger at a park in Northfield on May 7th.  Police released a composite sketch of a man who dropped his pants, began masturbating, and then grabbed the woman’s collar.  The woman was able to get away and contact authorities.
