PLANE THAT CRASHED NEAR CAPE MAY WAS REPEATEDLY DIVING BEFORE ACCIDENT

A plane that crashed in the ocean near Cape May was diving repeatedly before it crashed into the water near the Cape May Point Lighthouse.  The preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board says witnesses saw the plane flying low and repeatedly diving before hitting the water.  One witness says the plane dipped, hit the water, then went out of control.
