PILOT WHO FLEW BANNER PLANE ERRATICALLY APPREHENDED, CHARGED

The 51 year old man who took a banner plane and flew it erratically Sunday evening over Cape May County has been apprehended.  Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced that James P. Dahlen has been charged with criminal trespass, and additional charges may be filed.  Sutherland says the investigation is ongoing and involves multiple agencies.
