PENSION PAYMENT COULD BE ALTERED TO CLOSE BUDGET SHORTFALL

chris-christieEverything is on the table to shore up a budget shortfall in the state. Gov. Chris Christie said at a press conference Tuesday he would considered delaying or or bringing down the overall pension payment by the state in order to close the budget hole. The state currently has an $800 million gap in its budget. While Christie said he would look at all options, he said none could be discounted.
