PA MAN FLIPS CAR IN LOWER TOWNSHIP, FLEES ACCIDENT SCENE

A 40 year old Pennsylvania man has been charged by Lower Township Police after he flipped his car early Sunday morning and fled the scene of the accident.  Police say William M. Douger of Bensalem flipped his vehicle during the early morning hours Sunday on Seashore Road.  Douger than ran away from the scene of the accident and was found about a mile away on the Township’s bicycle path.
