It was a huge turnout and a lot of money was raised. John Lynch confirmed to Coastal Broadcasting that $18,000 was raised during this year’s Freeza-Poloosa. It was the second highest amount raised in the four years running the program. The money raised went in part to help a local girl in her fight against cancer and and in part to the Lunch with Lynch foundation. The event was held on Saturday night at the Bolero in Wildwood, featuring live music, a 50/50, and live auction items. It was estimated that about 750 people showed up for the Beef and Beer.
