Outdoor gathering restrictions will drop to 25 as of December 7th. Governor Phil Murphy announced a new restriction to cap the number of people gathered outside; religious and political events are excluded. Murphy also notes that outdoor dining is not impacted by this new order as people gathered outside to dine at individual tables is not a group gathering.
